One visit = one completed field inspection submitted by a supervisor. This includes all 17 KPI responses, GPS coordinates, photos, and growth plan notes. Draft visits that are not submitted do not count. Cross-checks count separately and are included free on Pro and Business plans.

The account is not cut off. Extra visits are billed at the overage rate ($0.08 each for 1,001–5,000 visits) automatically at the end of the billing period. An email alert is sent at 80% and 100% of included visits, and visit bundles can be pre-purchased at a discount.

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged the prorated difference for the remaining days of the month. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle — data is always preserved.

Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Full access to the plan's features is available during the trial, including the complete KPI system, GPS verification, reports, and cross-check tools.

Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months and gives a 20% discount vs monthly billing, with the same features and usage allowances. Cancelling triggers a prorated refund for unused months — no lock-in.

USD, EUR, and RWF (Rwandan Francs) are accepted. Pricing in RWF is set quarterly based on the exchange rate. Major credit cards, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), and bank transfer for annual plans are supported.

Visit data, branch data, and supervisor data belong entirely to the customer. Data is never shared or sold, and can be exported at any time as a JSON backup or Excel files. Business and Enterprise plans store data on encrypted servers with regular backups.
